DEBBI STORRS has been appointed interim provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of North Dakota. Currently senior vice provost at the school, Storrs holds a bachelor’s in sociology from the University of Alaska, Anchorage as well as a master’s and Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Oregon.
