Darrick HamiltonDARRICK HAMILTON has been appointed the Henry Cohen Professor of Economics and Urban Policy and founding director of the Institute for the Study of Race, Stratification and Political Economy at The New School. Hamilton has served as professor of economics and urban policy at The New School’s Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment as well as the New School for Social Research in the past. He is a graduate of Oberlin College and holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
