JOHN BLACKSH John Blackshear EAR has been named dean of students and associate vice president of student affairs at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Also associate vice provost of undergraduate education for the university, Blackshear holds both a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in community/clinical psychology from Florida A&M University. He also holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Georgia State University.
