SALATHA WILLIS has been appointed associate athletic director for diversity, culture and climate at Syracuse University. Associate director for the Office of StudentAthlete Academic Development at the school, Willis holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from Western Michigan University. He holds a Ph.D. in higher education administration from Indiana State University.
