Aline PhillipsALINE PHILLIPS has been named executive director of the Harris-Stowe State University Community Impact Network Education Center. Most recently director of the university’s Academic Resource Center, Phillips holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Harris-Stowe College and an educational doctorate in higher education administration and a master of education degree from Maryville University in St. Louis.
