JOYCE ROGERS has been appointed interim executive vice president for development at the Indiana University Foundation. Vice president for development and external relations for diversity, equity and multicultural affairs at the foundation since 2013, Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
