MILDRED MIHLON has been named dean of the Felician University School of Arts and Sciences. Previously associate vice president for academic affairs at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey, Mihlon holds master’s degrees from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY) and Montclair State University as well as a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the CUNY Graduate Center.
