Britt Rios EllisBRITT RIOS-ELLIS has been named provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at Oakland University. Rios-Ellis was the founding dean at the College of Health Sciences and Human Services at California State University (CSU), Monterey Bay, and was founding director of CSU’s Long Beach Center for Latino Community Health, Evaluation and Leadership Training.
