RHEA BALLARD-THROWER

RHEA BALLARD-THROWER has been appointed university librarian and dean of libraries at the University of Illinois Chicago.  Previously executive director of the Howard University Libraries and a tenured professor at the Howard University School of Law,  Ballard-Thrower holds a master’s in information and library studies from the University of Michigan and a juris doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
