University of Iowa cracks down on smokers

The University of Iowa is ticketing smokers who light up on campus.  According to the The Des Moines Register, university President Sally Mason told the Iowa Board of Regents on Wednesday in Cedar Falls that officials are cracking down on smokers following complaints about smoking near university hospitals.
