JOSE-SARTARELLI JOSE SARTARELLI has been named chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is chief global officer and dean of the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. He will take office in July. Sartarelli earned a bachelor’s from the Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. He earned an MBA and a doctorate from Michigan State University.
