JOSETTE SHAUGHNESSY

JOSETTE SHAUGHNESSY has been named vice president of financial and administrative operations at El Paso Community College (EPCC). She was interim vice president of financial and administrative operations at EPCC. Shaughnessy received an associate from El Paso Community College, and a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Texas at
El Paso.
