Texas A & M Getting Special Officer for Military, Veterans

COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) – The Department of Veterans Affairs will be sending Texas A&M University an officer with the program called VITAL, or the Veterans Integration to Academic Leadership.

This is the 94th position of its kind across the United States, and the second in Texas.

A VITAL officer’s goal is to provide world class healthcare, both physical and mental to all students on college campuses.
