Whether one is dreaming of a career in education or hoping to educate himself, the upcoming Joint Base Lewis-McChord education fairs will offer some ins and outs of the process and counseling to help one get started.
Each of the fairs is progressively bigger and offers more insight into what’s available, according to Nicole Cabral, college coordinator for the David L. Stone Education Center on Lewis Main.
“The first few are more community outreach leading up to the big one in November, where there will be not only the eight schools already on base but also off (base) and out of state colleges,” Cabral said.
