For veterans, those in the service of children of those who have been enlisted, paying for McDaniel College just got easier.
This weekend, the college announced a new Military Legacy Scholarship worth up to $100,000 over four years for all military veterans, active-duty military personnel and their children.
The scholarship is among the largest offered at McDaniel, according to a news release from the college, and while because of that, no other scholarships will be added on top of it, a student is still eligible for need-based assistance.
