Finding a Job

QUESTION: I was in the military for over 20 years and recently returned to Brevard after receiving an honorable discharge. I don’t have many transferable skills. I obtained my associate’s degree before signing-up and the only civilian jobs I had were waiting on tables and working at a gas station. Do I need to go back to college to get a good job?

Gillespie: I can understand why you are thinking you don’t have much in the way of transferable skills. But actually after 20+ years in the military you have a lot.
