New Jersey has pledged support in a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education over its attempts to limit debt relief for defrauded college students.
Attorney General Gurbir Grewal joined seven other states in filing an amicus brief Wednesday in support of the lawsuit filed by former students at Corinthian Colleges.
