A top administrator who is no longer on the job at Fayetteville Technical Community College said he has done nothing wrong.
On Monday, FTCC announced that David Brand, senior vice president for academic and student services, was leaving and that President Larry Keen would be assuming his duties, “effective immediately.” The college would not say whether Brand was retiring, resigning or being fired.
