Blinn College is a public institution in Brenham, Texas, with a student population of about 18,561. Established in 1883, Blinn boasts the highest transfer rate in the state of Texas, sending students to a variety of state institutions, including Texas A&M University, Sam Houston State University, Texas State University, the University of Texas and the University of Houston.
