University students less satisfied with courses, survey reveals

University students are unhappier with their degree courses than they were a year ago, a major survey has revealed.  The Birmingham Post reported that almost a fifth of final year undergraduates at higher education institutions in the West Midlands said they were not satisfied with the quality of their course.

The findings, which reflect the average for the whole country, are revealed in the annual National Student Survey, published by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
