MANCHESTER, N.H. โ€• Officials say a Manchester, New Hampshire, college is closing next year due to declining enrollment.

New Hampshire Public Radio reports Mount Washington College will close next April.

Kaplan owns Mount Washington.

About 40 employees will be affected.

The college, formerly known as Hesser College, was founded in 1900. It changed its name to Mount Washington in 2013.

The school has scheduled information sessions for Aug. 11 and Aug. 12.
