Consortium to Award $5,000 Each to 15 HBCUs For Project Competition
NEW YORK Fifteen historically Black colleges and universities will receive a $5,000 grant each as part of a funding program from the National Black Programming Consortium. The grant will be used to create original media projects that explore civil rights issues, American history and local and national leadership.
