A voting rights expert, Daniels is an associate professor of law at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she teaches critical legal theory, election law and civil procedure. Her scholarship focuses on the intersections of race, law and democracy. Her law review articles have appeared in the Cardozo Law Review, the Denver University Law Review and the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. Before pursing a voting rights career, Daniels was a staff attorney with the Southern Center for Human Rights, representing death row inmates.
