Title: Principal Member of the Technical Staff, Sandia National Laboratories
A principal member of the technical staff at Sandia National Laboratories, Begay-Campbell leads Sandia’s efforts to assist Native American tribes with their renewable energy developments. Campbell, who worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory immediately after graduate school, received the American Indian Science and Engineering Society’s Lifetime Achievement Award and Stanford University’s 2000 Multicultural Alumni of the Year Award. Sandra is also a recipient of the Governor’s Award for Outstanding Women from the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women.
