Dr. Katrice Albert

Title: Executive VP of Inclusion and Human Resources, NCAA Katrice Albert

Albert joined the executive leadership ranks at the NCAA in 2017, bringing years of expertise on issues related to intercultural competence, educational and workforce diversity, community-university partnerships, corporate social responsibility and more. A nationally recognized author and speaker, Albert previously enjoyed an esteemed career in higher education. She has served as the vice president for equity and diversity of the University of Minnesota system, vice provost for equity, diversity and community outreach at Louisiana State University, and is currently an editorial board member for the Journal of Community Engagement and Scholarship. Albert is the co-editor of Trayvon Martin, Race, and American Justice: Writing Wrong and Racial Battle Fatigue in Higher Education: Exposing the Myth of Post-Racial America. In addition, the Xavier University of Louisiana alumna is the founder of the diversity management firm Third Eye Consulting Group LLC. The firm provides support to education, nonprofit and civic organizations in their efforts to achieve inclusive excellence.
