Dr. Juliana Mosley Anderson has been appointed the new director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs at John Carroll University in Cleveland. Previously, Mosley Anderson was the executive assistant to the president at Kentucky State University. She earned a bachelor’s from Ball State University, a master’s and a doctorate both from Miami University.

Dr. Kenyetta McCurty is the new bursar at Tuskegee University. McCurty comes to Tuskegee from Jackson State University in Mississippi, where she was student account analyst/assistant bursar. She earned a bachelor’s, an MBA and a doctorate all from Jackson State University.

Dr. Evelyn Nettles has been appointed associate vice president for academic affairs at Tennessee State University’s Avon Williams campus. Previously, Nettles was assistant vice president for extended studies at South Carolina State University. Nettles earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tennessee State and a doctorate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Freddie Pitcher Jr. has been named the new chancellor of the Law Center at Southern University in Baton Rouge, La. Pitcher is a retired court of appeals judge and most recently practiced law in the Baton Rouge office of Phelps Dunbar LLP, an international law firm. Pitcher earned bachelor’s and juris doctorate degrees from Southern.

Reginald Wade has been named assistant vice chancellor for business services in the division of business and finance at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Previously he was internal auditor. Wade earned a bachelor’s from Florida A&M University and is a certified government financial manager.
