VIRGINIA-ARTHURVIRGINIA (GINNY) ARTHUR has been appointed president of Metropolitan State University, effective July 1. She is provost of Metropolitan State University. Arthur holds a bachelor’s from Syracuse University and a juris doctor from American University.
