RACHEL SOLEMSAAS

RACHEL SOLEMSAAS has been appointed chancellor of Hawaii Community College. She is vice president for finance and administrative services at Truckee Meadows Community College. Solemsaas holds a bachelor’s from De La Salle University, a master’s from the University of Washington and a doctorate from Washington State University.
