OSARO E. AIREN has been named dean of student retention & Title III administrator at Cedar Valley College. He was director of multicultural affairs at Stephen F. Austin State University. Airen holds a bachelor’s from the University of California, Riverside; a master’s from the University of Southern California; an MBA from Wayne State College; and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.
