VIJAY PENDAKUR has been named dean of students at Cornell University, effective January 3. He is associate vice president for the Division of Student Affairs at California State University, Fullerton. Pendakur earned a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a master’s from the University of California, San Diego and a doctorate from DePaul University.
