GUOFANG WAN was named chair of the Department of Teacher Education and Educational Leadership at the University of West Florida in Pensacola. She is a professor and director of the Office of Graduate Studies in the School of Education at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Wan earned a master’s from Shanghai International Studies University, a master’s from the University of Warwick in the U.K. and a doctorate from Pennsylvania State University.
