kelly-quintanilla KELLY QUINTANILLA has been appointed interim president of Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi, effective January 1. She is provost and vice president for academic affairs at the university. Quintanilla earned a bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s and a doctorate from Pennsylvania State University.
