ZULMA R. TORO

ZULMA R. TORO has been named president of Central Connecticut State University, effective January 3. She is executive vice chancellor and provost at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Toro earned a bachelor’s from the University of Puerto Rico, a master’s from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
