MILDRED GARCIA

MILDRED GARCIA has been appointed chair of the board at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. She is president of California State University, Fullerton. Garcia earned an associate from New York City Community College, a bachelor’s from Baruch College (CUNY), a master’s from New York University, and a master’s and a doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University.
