ELAVIE NDURA

ELAVIE NDURA has been named vice president for equity, diversity and inclusion at Gallaudet University. She was previously a professor of teacher development and international education at George Mason University. Ndura earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Burundi, Africa, a master’s degree from the University of Exeter, England, and a Ph.D. from Northern Arizona University.
