Rhana Johnson RANA JOHNSON has been named chief diversity and inclusion officer at Unity College. She was previously senior associate for diversity outreach and special programs at the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from Spalding University, a master’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University and a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky.
