PATRICE Patrice Dickerson L. DICKERSON has been named director of faculty diversity recruitment in the Office of Inclusion and Diversity at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She was previously assistant executive dean for strategic recruitment and diversity at The Ohio State University. Dickerson earned a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Michigan.
