KIM R. BOBBY has been appointed president’s chief of staff at Prince George’s Community College. She previously served as director of the Inclusive Excellence Group at the American Council on Education. Bobby earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno; a master’s degree from California State University, Sacramento; and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Seattle.
