JAMES G. BRECKINRIDGE has been named provost for the U.S. Army War College. He previously served as dean of the Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences at Mercyhurst University. Breckinridge earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, a master’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from Gannon University.
