KEITH AYTCH hase been appointed president of Evergreen Valley College. Aytch has been serving as EVC’s interim president since July 2017 and vice president of academic affairs since 2011. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a K-12 administrative credential from National University.
