WILLIE E. MAY has been named vice president for research and economic development at Morgan State University. May previously served as director of major research and training initiatives for the College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences at the University of Maryland, College Park. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Knoxville College and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
