LOUISE PAGOTTO has been named the next chancellor of Kapi’olani Community College in Honolulu, effective June 8. Pagotto has been serving as interim chancellor at KCC and joined the staff in 1989. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montreal, a master’s degree from McGill University and a doctorate from the University of Hawaii.
