FRANCINE EDWARDS has been selected as the founding dean of the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Delaware State University. She previously served as an associate professor of mass communications. Edwards holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a master’s degree from Bowie State University and a Ph.D. from Howard University.
