ANNELISE RILES was named executive director of the Roberta Buffett Institute for Global Studies. Riles was also selected as a tenured professor at Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.
