Janet Wormack JANET WORMACK has been named vice chancellor of finance and administration and chief financial officer at Houston Community College. She currently serves as senior vice president for administrative and fiscal services at Montgomery College. Wormack holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, a master’s degree from Bowie State University and a doctorate from Morgan State University.
