IRIS RIVERO has been selected as the department head of industrial and systems engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. She recently served as a faculty-researcher and associate professor in the industrial and manufacturing systems engineering department at Iowa State University. Rivero earned bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Penn State University.
