TOMMIE NORRIS has been appointed dean of the Benjamin Leon School of Nursing at Miami Dade College. She previously was a professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Norris received an associates in nursing from Union University, a bachelor of nursing science from the University of Memphis, a master of nursing science from the University of Tennessee and a doctor of nursing science from Louisiana State University.
