RYAN R Ryan Ross OSS has been appointed associate vice president for student affairs and director of diversity and inclusion at the Colorado College System. Most recently, he was the regional manager for mobilization at the American Petroleum Institute. Ross received a bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a master’s from Colorado State University and a Ph.D. from University of Colorado Denver.
