James Frazier JAMES FRAZIER has been appointed dean of the College of Fine Arts at Florida State University (FSU). Most recently, he served as a professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. Frazier received bachelor’s and master’s of fine arts degrees from FSU and an Ed.D. in Dance from Temple University.
