Marco Barker MARCO BARKER has been named inaugural vice chancellor for diversity and inclusion at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Currently, he serves as associate vice president for diversity, equity and inclusion and chief diversity officer at Westminster College. Barker received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas, a master’s degree from Webster University and a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University.
